Favourite Golf Courses in Ireland and why.

 My Favourite Golf Course   I have been working in Golf Travel since I left San Diego and moved back home to Ireland in 2017. Most would imagine that my favourite course would have to be Torrey Pines, the iconic course that is part of the PGA tour and has welcomed greats like Tiger Woods. While living there I ran past the course on many occasion and remember the hills along the route well but never stepped foot on the famous greens.  My favourite course to play is the yellow course at Royal Tara Golf Club in Co. Meath. Why? well at the moment it is the only course I have attempted to play. In planning many trips I know about greens, slopes, caddies, views and why people travel so far to play Ireland's famous links courses, but to have a favourite you have to play them. So my favourite remains Royal Tara and until I can manage to play past 9 holes and not need a bucket of balls with me when teeing off it will stay that way.  There are also other factors that make...
